Flatter than the Flatlands Points Based Handicap for Hang Gliding (PBH4HG)
This Handicap sytem awards pilots bonus points each task as a percentage of the winners points, based on the glider
they are flying. There are also bonus
points for Novice pilots attending the competition for the first time. Handicap values are also maintained for
glider types to accomodate new gliders. Handicaps are adjusted each year based on the top third
and bottom third of the the results.

Note (1): Instead of decreasing Atos HC by 0.5, Atos HC left at 0 and all other glider HCs increased by 0.5
Note (2): Some pilots did not compete every day and their HC score was altered to reflect their average score.
